Why might an off-campus Cougar Bucks transaction decline?
It can be a balance issue or an off-campus account access issue. Only SIUE can look at a Cougar Card account, so check your balance and account access with SIUE and bring a backup payment method.
Can Clubhouse help change Cougar Card settings?
No. We can't view or change Cougar Card settings. Contact SIUE for anything account related, and see siueclub.com/cougar-bucks for current information.
Do you have NFL Sunday Ticket?
Yes. We carry NFL Sunday Ticket, so you can ask us to put a game up on one of the TVs.
