Private event space for parties and meetings in Edwardsville

Choosing an event space is easier when you start with what your guests need. A birthday dinner, a board meeting and a retirement send-off may have a similar guest count, but they need different seating and timing. Here’s how to start the conversation with Clubhouse.

Check the fit before planning the details

Clubhouse’s private space seats approximately 30–40 guests, depending on the configuration. Seating can be arranged for a meeting-style setup or a social gathering. Tell the team what you’re planning so they can confirm a suitable arrangement.

The space is used for birthdays, showers, rehearsal dinners, graduation gatherings and meetings. Recurring monthly or quarterly groups can ask about dates too.

Think through food and the flow of the event

Food from the Clubhouse kitchen and a full bar are available. Ask about current group food options and how they fit your agenda rather than assuming a particular package or price.

TVs are available in the space, but check any specific presentation or viewing needs with the team. Don’t treat the presence of a TV as confirmation of a particular connection, broadcast or sound arrangement.

Send an availability request

Use the private event form to start the conversation, or call 618-800-1990 if you prefer to talk. Share the details you have and any questions about your gathering.

Availability, seating and arrangements are confirmed by the team after reviewing your request. Submitting the form is not a reservation or a confirmed booking. Guests can use parking in front of the building.
